This week was one for the creation of more environmental props and the beginning of texturing for some of our assets. I designed quite a few pieces to add to the environment both for functionality and pure aesthetics. I textured the arena for the first boss as well as most of the assets inside and focused on making tweaks to other models like the force-field gate and the teleported due to better techniques for cabling being discovered. I also went through and corrected sizing issues and a few minor UV issues within my models. The part I enjoyed most was actually placing these pieces in the environment and adding some life to the game.
